
Human Resources Specialist

We seek a detail-oriented HR professional to manage payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Audit and process payroll documents.
- Manage employee data, including new hires, changes, and additional earnings.
- Process Time & Attendance data to payroll and reconcile variances.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans, I-9/e-Verify, workers compensation, and life insurance claims.
- Provide in-depth benefit presentations for new hires and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with HRIS data integrity.
- General HR Duties
- Participate in new employee onboarding experience.
- Respond to employment verifications and surveys as needed.
- Ensure all required reporting, forms, and posters are up-to-date and maintained accurately.
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge: Expertise in payroll administration, benefits programs, and state and federal regulations related to benefits administration.
Experience Required: Three to five years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
