Workforce Planner

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our growing team. This is a key role ensuring participants' needs are met while supporting our dedicated team of Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a roster that balances participant needs and Support Worker availability.
  • Communicate rosters, changes, and updates clearly and efficiently with both participants and Support Workers.
  • Review and approve time and attendance records, assisting with regular payroll processing.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Support Workers.
  • Contribute to a solution-focused culture.
  • Participate in rotating on-call duties with the administrative team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years workforce planning experience in a similar role, managing 40+ participants and 60+ Support Workers.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards.
  • Experience with scheduling software and payroll systems is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Support Workers, participants, and their representatives.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
