The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Manager to join our Qld Sales team. As the heartbeat of our Sales team, you'll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Qld State Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and goals.
- Energize the Qld Sales team with dynamic sales and marketing campaigns, driving customer satisfaction and developing tools to boost Sales and Marketing operations.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly client reports for our key partners, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
- Deliver detailed reports and insights to the State Sales Manager, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate exciting events like sales meetings, conferences, and client networking, fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Keep track of client agreements and ensure timely follow-ups, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, invoice queries, travel, leave, and promotional calendars for the QLD sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry reps.

- Strong background in customer service or administration.
- Experience with Sales Force/CRM software (a plus).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of distribution and logistics.
