Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role
Casella Family Brands is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Manager to join our Qld Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Qld State Sales Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Qld State Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly client reports and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Deliver detailed reports and insights to the State Sales Manager to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and client networking events.
- Monitor and manage client agreements, billing, and invoicing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales support or administration, with a strong background in customer service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and industry partners.
