Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Manager to join our Qld Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the State Sales Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the State Sales Manager with sales administration tasks, including coordinating client reports and managing marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our key partners, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and client networking events to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client agreements, billing, and invoicing, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of any queries.
- Develop and maintain tools to boost our Sales and Marketing operations, turning data into insights and driving business growth.
