Project Manager, Program Performance Specialist

Aurecon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, Program Performance to join our Water sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex and challenging water infrastructure projects from inception to delivery and practical completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Deliver concurrent complex and challenging water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and successfully deliver integrated projects, managing key relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- Program Management: Manage work programs to ensure they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications, including achievement of key program performance outcomes (KPIs).
- Financial Management: Lead financial forecasting, both short-term and long-term planning, ensuring the investment targets of the Capital Delivery Program are delivered.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and completion reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery, process efficiency, and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven Experience in Project Management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong Technical Skills: A solid background in engineering, project management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
