Project Manager, Program Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, Program Performance to join our team at Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Water sector team, you will be responsible for managing complex and strategic projects or large-scale programs to deliver efficient customer-focused capital investment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver concurrent complex and challenging water infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery and practical completion to achieve our client's overall program objectives.
- Work closely with our clients to understand and successfully deliver integrated projects by managing key relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- Manage work programs to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications, including achievement of key program performance outcomes (KPIs).
- Lead financial forecasting, both short-term and long-term planning, to ensure the investment targets of the Capital Delivery Program are delivered.
- Provide support in the collation of data and information required to drive effective decision-making on fit-for-purpose delivery strategies.
- Proactively and consistently report to the Senior Project Manager and other key stakeholders on status, progress, and completion of projects.
- Seek opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives, and where relevant, manage and deliver actions associated with these.

What We're Looking For- A genuine passion for working on the delivery of major infrastructure projects and the ability to re-imagine problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
- An excellent understanding of project management and a passion for construction projects that make a difference to our world.
- Solid background and experience with infrastructure projects, with water infrastructure projects being ideal but not necessary.
- Qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
