We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Program Performance to join our team at Aurecon Group. As a key member of our Water sector, you will be responsible for managing complex/strategic projects or large-scale programs to provide efficient customer-focussed capital investment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver concurrent complex and challenging water infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery and practical completion to achieve our client's overall program objectives.
- Work closely, and within our client's environment, to understand and successfully deliver integrated projects by managing key relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- Manage work programmes to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specifications, including achievement of key program performance outcomes (KPI's).
- Lead financial forecasting both short term and long-term planning, ensuring the investment targets of the Capital Delivery Program are delivered.
- Provide support in the collation of data and information required to drive effective decision-making on fit for purpose delivery strategies.
- Proactively and consistently report to the Senior Project Manager, and other key stakeholders, on status, progress and completion of projects.
- Seek opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives; and where relevant, manage and deliver actions associated with these.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for working on the delivery of major infrastructure and the ability to re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
- An excellent understanding of Project Management, and a passion for construction projects that make a difference to our world.
- Solid background and experience with infrastructure projects, water infrastructure projects is ideal but not necessary.
- Qualifications in technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management or similar.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
