Project Manager, Program Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, Program Performance to join our team at Aurecon Group. As a key member of our Water Sector team, you will be responsible for delivering complex and challenging water infrastructure projects from inception to delivery and practical completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage concurrent complex and challenging water infrastructure projects to achieve client objectives.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver integrated projects.
- Manage work programs to ensure delivery to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications.
- Lead financial forecasting and planning to ensure investment targets are met.
- Provide support in data collation and information to drive effective decision-making.
- Report on project status, progress, and completion to senior stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and manage actions associated with these.
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine passion for working on the delivery of major infrastructure and the ability to re-imagine problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
You will have a solid background and experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, with qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management, or similar.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
