About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive care that addresses the holistic needs of each resident, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages growth and development
  • Developing and managing care plans that cater to individual needs, promoting empowerment and choice
  • Ensuring safe medication management and maintaining accurate documentation records

A true passion for caring for others is essential in delivering personalized holistic care that meets residents' needs.

Strong communication skills are also crucial in building effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

A relevant qualification, such as a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent), and current AHPRA registration are necessary requirements.

The ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies, including the AN-ACC funding system, is highly valued.

Prior experience in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings is desirable, but not essential.

An appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management is also important.

You will have the opportunity to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
