Senior Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mount Isa, Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic, client-focused care as part of a dedicated team of allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day-to-day care and support to clients, including conducting functional assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and recommending environmental modifications.
  • Providing clinical direction for the Occupational Therapy Team across the business.

The role also involves implementing and reviewing clinical procedures, policies, and ensuring accreditation standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for organising Occupational Therapy student placement activities and providing clinical mentoring support and education to the Occupational Therapy cohort and wider health professional team.
