Personal Care Attendant
Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will be responsible for providing resident care programs that meet the individual needs of the residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Empathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect.
- Reliability and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents.
- Implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation.
- Communicate to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
- Provide appropriate care to residents.
- Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
- Foster good working relationships with everyone on the team.
