Residential Service Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven leader to spearhead our residential care services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver exceptional residential care aligned to each individual's NDIS goals
  • Coordinate staff rosters, support planning, medication, and daily operations
  • Build trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders
  • Drive quality, compliance, and service innovation
  • Work across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers)
  • Participate in the on-call roster (shared across the leadership team)
