Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you'll make a real difference every day? ConnectGV is seeking a passionate and motivated Residential Service Leader to join our team in Shepparton.

This is your opportunity to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care for people with disabilities in a vibrant, values-driven not-for-profit organisation. What you'll do

  • Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver outstanding residential care aligned to each individual's NDIS goals
  • Coordinate staff rosters, support planning, medication, and daily operations
  • Build trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders
  • Drive quality, compliance, and service innovation
  • Work across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers)
  • Participate in the on-call roster (shared across the leadership team).
