We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administration Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt quickly to new situations. You will be responsible for providing general administration assistance, including booking meetings, maintaining training records, and managing stationery.

- Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including booking meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes;
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with age care standards;
- Manage stationery and other office supplies;

Requirements- A Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification;
- Solid experience in an administration support role, ideally within the aged care industry;
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite;
