Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to partner with our Regional Leadership Team and deliver a strategic people plan at a local level.

This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience by providing practical advice, managing employee relations, and leading training initiatives across the region.

  • Partner with leaders across the region to build an effective workforce.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Lead training programs to deliver quality learning and development opportunities.
  • Report on people trends and outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and international standards.
  • Foster a culture that reflects values of care, inclusivity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional people strategy.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on people metrics and trends.
