About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team, responsible for managing and administering contracts for construction and fitout projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, construction managers, site managers, and various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing and submitting planning permits, coordinating designs, and producing meeting documentation.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial aspects of contracts, ensuring projects remain within budget by issuing purchase orders and approving contractor invoices.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare cash flow forecasts, draft progress reports for clients, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote safety and compliance with HSEQ guidelines on-site.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in contracts administration, a degree in construction management or civil engineering, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. As a proactive and agile team player, you will be able to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships while adapting to changing project requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in contracts administration.
- Degree in construction management or civil engineering (or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
