About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative design-and-construct projects. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing subcontract and head contract administration, procurement, and providing strategic input on program, design, constructibility, and quality considerations.

This role offers exposure to advanced construction techniques and practices, allowing you to deepen your expertise and skills in building management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontract and head contract administration, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including preparing cost forecasts and analysing cash flow.
  • Assess and prepare subcontractor variations, as well as manage commercial and legal aspects of contracts.
  • Familiarise yourself with construction-specific acts, codes, and regulations, including the Building Code of Australia and Work Health & Safety Act.
  • Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills, working collaboratively with clients and subcontractors.
