Job Overview

The KC-30A Simulator Instructor is responsible for the preparation, delivery and assessment of training materials. They contribute to Aviation Safety Management related to their training platform.

This role requires a strong background in Defence aviation training environment with at least 6 years of experience and proven experience in leading and supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting mission briefs and debriefs
  • Delivering simulator instruction to pilot students
  • Contributing to the development of training material
  • Engaging with simulator maintenance technicians

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Defence aviation training environment
  • At least 6 years of experience and proven experience in leading and supervising a team
  • Experience as a flight simulator instructor
  • Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or recognized experience
  • Eligibility for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance
