About the Role

This permanent full-time position is based in Sydney, NSW. As a Quality Lead or Manager, you will oversee project-based quality assurance programs, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance with quality requirements on infrastructure projects in NSW.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing quality management systems to meet organizational objectives
  • Ensuring project compliance with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and managing quality risks and issues impacting project delivery
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams in developing a quality culture
  • Assisting delivery teams in meeting contractual quality requirements
  • Managing workplace risk management processes and capability
  • Providing technical quality expertise and ensuring regulatory compliance

About You

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong familiarity with TfNSW quality management requirements
  • Experience in developing and managing project QA management systems
  • Degree-qualified civil engineer

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
