We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MTC Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact on food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, quality assurance, or a related field, with experience in quality assurance within the food industry preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials and finished products, collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives, develop and maintain quality documentation, and train staff on quality assurance practices and standards.

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials and finished products.

  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and procedures.
  • Train staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
