About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Test Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as expertise in web application testing and automated testing approaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, enhancing automation, and collaborating with internal teams to identify system requirements. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of testing processes and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test automation scripts using tools such as Postman, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless product functionality.
  • Design and execute test plans, including manual and automated testing.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and develop strategies to increase test coverage.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Software Engineer.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web application testing, product testing, and a thorough understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficient in Restful API testing and experienced with black-box and automated testing approaches.
  • Strong practical knowledge of programming languages, specifically JavaScript or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
  • Experience in performance testing is considered advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Extensive experience working in Agile development environments.
