About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Accounts Payable Assistant/Accounts Admin to join our talented Planet Plumbing team. The role is based at our Head Office in Campsie, NSW, and involves working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure a seamless payable process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative duties such as matching, batching, and coding of supplier invoices
  • Coordinate the electronic invoicing system
  • Set up new vendors and manage the database
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payments
  • Monitor the AP inbox
  • Perform supplier reconciliations
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
