We are seeking a dedicated and skilled people leader who can deliver exceptional customer service in an operational role.

This leadership opportunity involves working collaboratively within the Service Desk management team to ensure efficient operational running of the team. As a confident trainer and motivator, you will have a passion for seeing people reach their full potential.

Your ability to forge collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders is crucial to achieving successful outcomes. You will be responsible for providing clear and accurate advice to customers, promoting staff well-being and engagement, and adequately resourcing to meet team KPI's.
