About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries and emails for senior managers
  • Set meeting agendas and arrange client and team meetings
  • Process monthly expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Enter time records and obtain approvals
  • Prepare slide decks and reports
  • Provide administrative support for business operations
  • Arrange travel and on-board new staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration or Personal Assistant experience
  • Experience in Insurance or Finance sector highly regarded
  • Intermediate level MS skills, including Excel, document formatting, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work on diverse activities
  • Proactive and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
