Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Director to join our real estate team in Asia Pacific.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute asset management performance and enhancement strategies.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong interest in real estate and minimum 8-9 years of experience in asset management, development, and/or investment. They should demonstrate expertise in leading projects across the development lifecycle, valuations, property management, and leasing.
