Real Estate Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our real estate analysis team, you will be responsible for undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia.

  • Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
  • Conduct pre and post-transaction activities by analyzing real estate data and trends.
  • Work on innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilized assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modeling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
  • Assist in major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory.
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes.
  • Contribute to thought leadership papers and provide market research and trend analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
  • Knowledge of Australian real estate laws and regulations.
