We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing on-site installations of products, providing training and technical advice, investigating problems, and monitoring repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission equipment on customer premises
  • Provide technical support and guidance on product use
  • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on service and warranty activities
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance calls and visits within allocated timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with field service policies and procedures
  • Recommend spare parts and assist with equipment management

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in product installation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Customer-focused and a team player
  • Technical certificate in a relevant field (hydraulics knowledge and software proficiency advantageous)
  • Minimum 3-8 years of field service experience in medium industrial or commercial equipment
  • Valid driving license required
