As an Installation Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our projects from site preparation to final installation. You will oversee all installation activities, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other operational teams.Key Responsibilities:Installation Excellence
  • Ensure high-quality installation, operation, and maintenance of products.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems.
  • Review production drawings, identify and rectify errors.
  • Deliver projects on time and communicate setbacks / issues to Operations Managers and Project Managers.
  • Verify all packed stand elements to ensure all necessary components are present.
  • Identify cost-effective construction methods.
  • Conduct post-installation inspections, take photos of products, and follow up on project completion.
  • Report problems, safety concerns, successes, and completion statuses.
  • Provide on-site supervision and hands-on assistance as needed.
Operations Support
  • Support operations with relevant duties.
  • Inform operations of any installation or crew member issues.
Collaboration
  • Schedule installations and services with project managers and designers.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings prior to installation.
  • Liaise with other operational and service departments to ensure adherence to safe work practices.
  • Review design concepts and provide feedback on construction and potential issues before client submission.
  • Manage deliveries and collections, notifying relevant parties.
  • Communicate trouble reports, warranty issues, and back charges to project managers and billing departments.
Inventory Management
  • Maintain and store inventory properly in designated areas.
Administrative Tasks
  • Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and checklists.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in exhibition stand construction or similar.
  • Understanding of exhibition fabrication and installation processes.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
