Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Installation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert technical support and co-ordination of technical activities at a National level, focused on the Bizerba product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide installation, breakdown and servicing support to customers
  • Support Bizerba equipment with interstate travel required to support emergency breakdowns and installations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to review customer production requirements and make recommendations on critical parts stocking and servicing requirements
  • Provide commissioning support for complex installations
  • Assist in recommending spare parts stock levels and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Provide remote technical support to customers and technicians

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years experience with Bizerba products
  • Good understanding of processes and systems
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Well organised with strong time management skills
  • Ability to think laterally and possess methodical problem-solving attributes
