Job Description:

As a seasoned construction professional, you will play a pivotal role in the on-site installation and de-installation of projects.

You will oversee all installation jobs, manage project timelines, collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other operational departments to ensure seamless execution.

With expertise in exhibition stand construction, ability to read construction drawings, and understanding of rigging and site services, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality installation, operation, and service of products.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Review production drawings, identify and rectify errors.
  • Deliver projects on time, communicate setbacks/issues to Operations Manager and Project Manager.
  • Verify completeness of packed stand elements, ensuring all necessary components are present.
  • Identify cost-effective ways of building structures.
  • Perform post-installation inspections, capture product photos, and confirm project completion.
  • Report problems, safety issues, successes, and completion statuses.
  • Provide on-site supervision and hands-on assistance as needed.
Operations Support:
  • Support operations with relevant duties.
  • Inform operations of any installation or crew member issues.
Collaboration:
  • Schedule installations and services with project managers and designers.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings prior to installations.
  • Liaise with operational and service departments to ensure safe work systems adherence.
  • Review design concepts and provide feedback on construction and potential issues before client submission.
  • Manage deliveries and collections, notifying relevant parties.
  • Communicate trouble reports, warranty issues, and back charges to project managers and billing department.
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain and store inventory properly in designated areas.
Administrative Duties:
  • Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and checklists.
