Job Summary

This position is key to delivering a seamless end-to-end installation experience for our telecommunications networks. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure to ensure optimal service delivery.


About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will work independently to activate and ensure the quality of telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings. Your collaboration with a diverse team will drive customer satisfaction and business objectives forward.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service rectification and product installations to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and install copper and fibre network technology, including fault finding and networking.
  • Manage customer premises equipment for both residential and business clients.
  • Perform fault diagnosis in rural or remote settings.

Qualifications
  • Certificate I & II in Telecommunications.
  • Open cabling license and traffic management qualifications.
  • White card for industry safety standards.

Vaccination against Covid-19 is required for this role, with accommodations available for individual circumstances.
