Facilities Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to assist with cleaning and maintaining customer facilities, carpark, gardens, loading dock, windows, and doors.

The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, keen eye for detail, and no prior experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain facilities, including carpark, gardens, loading dock, windows, and doors
  • Perform physical tasks, such as lifting and bending
  • Work in a team environment and support colleagues

Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • No prior experience necessary

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $29 - $35 per hour
  • A permanent role working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 5:00 am to 8:00 am
