Job Summary

The Star Brisbane is looking to appoint a Coordinator Scheduling & Administration. The purpose of this position is to schedule all planned preventative maintenance (PMs) and all planned corrective maintenance (CMs) for all property operations team members.

This role includes all administration and coordination of systems and internal processes, i.e., rosters, inventory, communications, procurement, invoicing, etc. to ensure all scheduled activities can be successfully completed by priority, asset criticality, and plan.

  • Accurate and timely coordination of purchase orders for scheduled works
  • Accurate and timely coordination of inventory procurement for scheduled works
  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Timely close-out of all scheduled works orders in Maximo
  • Management of Maximo backlog aging reports
  • Working closely with management to accurately manage the team's rosters and scheduled works plans

The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling experience in a maintenance or similar environment and minimum Cert 3 in business administration or other business discipline. Excellent coordination and organizational skills are essential.
