The Time and Attendance Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining fair, accurate, and compliant scheduling practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining schedules that meet operational requirements and compliance regulations.
  • Identifying, resolving, and preventing compliance issues through daily schedule audits and trend analysis.
  • Collaborating with the People Advisory team to stay up-to-date on legislation and agreements affecting scheduling practices.
  • Supporting administrative tasks, such as system updates and training managers and teams.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in scheduling, preferably in a medium to large business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce management systems, payroll software, and HR platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
