Empower Educators, Drive Student Success

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to empower educators and drive student success. In this role, you will work closely with schools across Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory to help them unlock the full potential of our platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering engaging training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure schools achieve their teaching and learning goals. Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers, and Senior Leadership teams; championing the adoption of our platform through tailored training sessions; and monitoring health metrics to reduce churn and drive retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the B2B Technology industry, preferably with teaching experience in primary or secondary education
  • Confidence in presenting to groups and delivering professional learning, both online and in-person
  • Experience using an online learning platform, ideally a similar platform to ours
  • Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to help teachers unlock new ways of working, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • A solutions-focused approach, adaptability, and proficiency with ICT tools, particularly Google Workspace
