Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced medical professional for the role of Co-Academic Program Director (Clinical) in the Doctor of Medicine program.

This senior academic leadership position provides clinical leadership and works in partnership with the Co-APD to manage all clinically related aspects of the program.

Main Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the governance of the MD program
  • Lead clinical curriculum design and delivery
  • Oversee clinical placements
  • Evaluate best practices in clinical learning and teaching
Requirements
  • Hold unrestricted medical registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a medical discipline
  • Current or anticipated specialist appointment with primary employment
  • Proven leadership and administrative capabilities
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional practice
  • Experience in curriculum delivery/development within a medical school or medical training environment
