Team Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders across markets.

This role offers meaningful, challenging, and exciting work that shapes the future of cities and communities. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in delivering strategic outcomes through stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

About the Job
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic administrative support to senior leaders and their teams — coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement, while preparing high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Support senior leaders by anticipating needs, tracking compliance and prioritising meetings while adapting to shifting priorities across a dynamic, cross-functional business unit
  • Provide support for Board meetings, including timely preparation of reports and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and governance standards
  • Coordinate key business events including performance reviews, governance calendars, tunnel shutdowns, and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time
  • High level of maturity and professional presentation
  • Excellent report production and presentation production skills
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
