Administrative & Data Entry Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative & Data Entry Specialist.

This position involves providing essential administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless office operations. The successful candidate will contribute to business success by setting up new client accounts, focusing on detail-oriented tasks and proactive approach.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Onboarding and Administrative Officer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily on-boarding process of new clients, setting them up in different systems - Salesforce, and In-house Bi System
  • Responding to clients' queries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data across systems
  • Ensuring timely and accurate sending of AML/KYC invoices for all clients
  • Providing standard reports and adhoc administrative tasks as required
  • Placing regular grocery and stationery orders to maintain office supplies
  • Assisting in organizing Office events, staff meetings and team building events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an administrative role
  • Accuracy in data entry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in an office environment or proven ability to quickly learn those skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to build productive professional working relationships with diverse stakeholders
