We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Asset Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing company assets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

About the Role

The Asset Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining accurate records of company assets, including equipment and tools. This involves recording new assets, asset movements, and equipment status, as well as requesting and tracking repairs and maintenance requirements.

  • Manage and maintain asset management systems
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets
  • Record new assets, asset movements, and equipment status
  • Request and track repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Report on lost or damaged equipment
  • Ensure accuracy of data and update obsolete records
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
