Maintenance Manager

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a significant multi-site property asset.

The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and presentation of the asset, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly.

  • Coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal performance of the asset.
  • Manage external contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the asset, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change.

  • Proven experience in building, facilities, or property management.
