Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive membership acquisition, retention, and engagement for a globally recognized professional services brand. As the Head of Membership and Engagement, you will lead a large team through modeling, coaching, and mentoring to create a world-class membership experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute a membership and engagement strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, and operations. You will provide insights to the Acquisition, Relationship, and Retention teams using market intelligence and trends, employing a test-and-learn methodology.

Engage with marketing to understand and prioritize drives, initiatives, and collateral to generate interest and demand. You will oversee budgets to meet growth and retention targets, leading, developing, and coaching your team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
