Job Title

Leadership Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of high-quality recovery-focused care. You will utilise your lived experience to deliver recovery-oriented services to all service-users.

This role involves working with a team to integrate lived experience into their work and supporting service users in identifying how they would like to move towards what is possible in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an inclusive culture that values lived experience and active inclusion of service users, carers, and families.
  • Support staff to think creatively and develop solutions to meet people's needs and preferences.
  • Lead delivery of services as defined in the Local Service Model.
  • Provide practice supervision and line management to staff providing direct support to service users.
Requirements
  • Completion of Intentional Peer Support Core training.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health or related fields.
  • Experience as a peer worker or holding a designated lived experience role.
  • Proven leadership experience and capability to coach and develop a team.
