About Our Care Centre

The centre provides expert neurorehabilitation to support and improve the lives of people with a range of neurological conditions or brain injuries. We offer a high standard of care to optimise health and wellbeing, maximise independence and meet emotional and social needs.

About the Role
  • Promote patient-centred care and enhance individual experiences
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
  • Promote high standards as a team player

Successful applicants must have recent experience in care delivery and hold an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or be willing to gain one.
