About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing client care within your scope.

You will consider physical, social, and psychological requirements of clients and create and update care plans to reflect developing needs.

In addition, you will ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met and work collaboratively with other members of the team.

This role involves spending time on the road, visiting clients in their homes, and requires a strong ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • General nursing experience, post-registration
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
