Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional who excels in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading some of the biggest industrial builds and playing a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management
  • Capture project requirements and prepare Project Requirement Documents
  • Participate in the tender process to developers and/or contractors
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, project managers, and external partners
  • Set up and maintenance of project monitoring tools and related permits
  • Design management in accordance with project requirements documents and in line with client expectations
  • Develop construction programs
  • Attend key project meetings and ensure accurate, timely reporting to clients and project directors
  • Administration of contracts, Agreements for Lease and Leases as applicable to the project
  • Align stakeholders on project objectives, deliverables, and timeframes
  • Resolve planning issues and gain approvals

Candidate Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans
  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships
  • Proactive client communications to manage expectations and keep them informed of issues, progress, and variations
  • Produces high-quality client reporting on time and free of errors
Requirements
  • Builder Contract Administration experience is highly regarded
  • Construction experience, preferably on site with builder in a management capacity
  • Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred
  • Proven experience in managing complex industrial and/or commercial facilities
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers
  • Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project
