Project Director

TMX Transform is an end-to-end Supply Chain Consultancy seeking a Project Director with deep expertise in delivering large-scale industrial projects.

This role requires exceptional leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills to drive best-in-class delivery on each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Delivery: Drive optimal client outcomes and long-term value by establishing clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Project Setup & Governance: Ensure efficient project execution through robust project management systems and safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and nurture high-performing teams with the capabilities needed to support our growing business.
  • Clients Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design briefs, and ensure alignment from concept through to completion.
  • New Opportunities: Support identification, conversion, and delivery of new business in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Culture & Performance: Embed a high-performance culture with clear accountability, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Systems & Safety: Continuously improve project management systems and safety protocols to meet resourcing, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage contracts, oversee project financials, and ensure successful project outcomes.
