Project Leader

The role involves overseeing complex industrial projects and fostering client relationships through trusted collaboration.

To be successful, you will need to have a deep understanding of the project's requirements and be able to develop effective strategies for its delivery. This includes driving project outcomes, establishing clear roles and responsibilities, and building high-performing teams that can support the business.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design briefs that meet their expectations. Additionally, you will support new business opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams, lead a high-performance culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure robust project management systems and safety protocols are in place.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial development, project management, or contract administration.
  • A proven track record in delivering complex construction projects valued over $50M.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Experience acting as Superintendent under Construction Contracts is preferred.
