Job Description

The Clinical Marketing Sales Support is responsible for creating customized advanced marketing strategies tailored to diverse healthcare customers within ANZ, aligning closely with regional healthcare trends and demands. The role works closely with other cross-functional teams to gather insights into competitive products and clinical trends, informing strategic product development and marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will assist Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to identify new market opportunities and expand the market presence through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to address the unique clinical requirements of diverse healthcare institutions within the designated territory.
  • Identifying new market opportunities for product integration through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather critical insights on competitive products and clinical trends.
  • Conducting and facilitating advanced product demonstrations and in-service training sessions.
  • Resolving a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and market data to identify key areas for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Providing dedicated support for company-sponsored clinical trials and marketing initiatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining Key Opinion Leader relationships.
  • Participating in the evaluation of key sales metrics and market trends.
  • Helping to resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
