Leader of Live Event Execution

Lead the planning and execution of live events with our team, leveraging your expertise in audio-visual equipment and crew management to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and their audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with venue staff and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Advise clients on audio-visual equipment selection, digital options, and necessary crew to meet their presentation needs and budget.
- Maintain accurate crew rosters and schedules, ensuring timely communication of any areas of concern.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to increase revenue and optimize performance.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop individual and team capability.
- Prior experience in the events/sales environment.
- Relevant experience in AV.
- Excellent planning, organizational, time management & account management skills.
- Strong sales and business acumen, track record in managing a high-performing sales team within a third-party venue.
- Ability to foster meaningful business relationships.
- Prior experience in rostering and cost management.
- Qualification in Hospitality or Events is highly regarded.
